Invincible VS Getting Multiple Physical Editions With Unique Cover Art

Published:

Invincible started life as a popular comic book series, transitioned to a hit animated series, and naturally, the next step is a fighting game. Invincible VS launches for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 30, 2026, and preorders are now live. These include multiple physical PS5 and Xbox Series X versions, including a $50 standard edition available at multiple online retailers. Amazon and GameStop also have exclusive variants of the standard edition with their own unique cover art, but otherwise feature all the same content as the standard edition. And if you feel like spoiling yourself, there are two $100 special editions for PS5 that come with a stack of collectible physical and digital items, including the Amazon-Exclusive Invincible VS Deluxe Edition and the Invincible Collector’s Edition available at Best Buy and GameStop.

Invincible VS Preorder Bonuses

Zero Suit Mark preorder bonus skin (digital-exclusive)

So far, the only preorder-exclusive bonus is the Zero Suit Mark skin included in the digital standard and digital Deluxe Editions on PC and consoles. This extra skin is not included in preorders for the physical edition; nevertheless, preordering a boxed PS5 or Xbox Series X copy gets you physical extras not included in the digital versions.

Along with the physical editions above, Invincible VS digital preorders are also available on PC and consoles. There’s a $50 digital standard edition that includes the base game and Zero Suit Mark preorder bonus skin, and a $70 Digital Deluxe Edition that includes the game, Zero Suit Mark skin, Year-One DLC pass, and a set of Deluxe Edition cosmetics for customizing your in-game player profile. Preorders for these versions are available at Steam, PlayStation Store, and Xbox Store.

Invincible VS is developed by Quarter Up, a new studio comprised of several fighting game veterans who previously worked on 2013’s Killer Instinct reboot. Like the comic books and animated series, the game looks like it won’t pull any punches when it comes to showing just how brutal superhero brawls can be, and so far, the roster includes several fan-favorite characters. Alongside Invincible and Omni-Man, players can also master the skills and abilities of Atom Eve, Rex Splode, Robot, Battle Beast, and a brand-new character, Ella Mental.

April is shaping up to be a busy month, as the PS5 console exclusive Saros launches on the same day as Invincible VS. Before both games arrive, Capcom’s Pragmata will hit the scene on April 24, while the first quarter of the year includes other games like High on Life 2, Tales of Berseria Remastered, and Pokemon Pokopia in March.
